Parking - Road traffic and highway schemes - responding to statutory consultation notices

This form is aimed at those residents, businesses, visitors and stakeholder groups who want to respond to a road traffic or highway scheme statutory consultation notice they have seen posted on street, published in a newspaper or on the council’s website.

The council has a statutory duty to consider responses to these consultations.

Objections to proposals will be decided by either:


  • the Cabinet member for Transport, Environment and Recycling (in the case of highway schemes), or

  • the Cabinet Member for Culture, Leisure, Equalities and Communities (in the case of schemes relating to parks and leisure centres)
