Use this form if you are applying for a permit to the London Borough of Southwark to operate a dry cleaning installation as defined in Section 7 of Schedule 1 to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales Regulations 2016 (as amended)

Fees

The application fee is £155 and must be submitted with the application to enable it to be processed further.
There is an additional fee of £71 if you have been operating without a valid permit.
