Report abandoned cycle or cycle parts

Introduction

Please use this form to report an abandoned cycle or cycle parts on a public street or council estate.

We can only remove a cycle or cycle parts that are on public pavements and highways and council estates maintained by Southwark council.

We can not remove from areas that are not maintained by the Southwark council.

We will put a notice on the cycle or cycle parts giving the owner 7 days to remove them. After 7 days the item will be removed.

We will keep cycles that are complete for a period of 1 month to give the owner a chance to reclaim. After the 1 month the cycle will be disposed of accordingly.
