Environment - Southwark Reusable Nappy Trial Pack

Did you know?
- Buying disposable nappies is a big expense for you and the environment
- Each child uses between 4,000 and 6,000 disposable nappies
- Once a disposable nappy is thrown away, it can take up to 500 years to break down in a landfill site

How can I benefit by using reusable nappies?
- They can save you up to £500 per child
- Reusable nappies are made from soft fabrics, making them kinder to babies' skin and less likely to cause irritation
- There are many great styles, colours and sizes to choose from
- You can help reduce your household waste by about half
- Modern washing machines and detergents means that nappies can be washed at 40 degrees

Why not try reusable nappies for yourself?
