Southwark Council uses your personal data so that we can help you find properties for arts and cultural activity in the borough. We require some of your personal data (name, phone number and email address) to get in touch with you. The remaining information, which you may or may not choose to provide, will be used to help the culture team to identify the most suitable spaces for you and to gauge the demand for different types of space in the borough. The council requires your permission to process this data.

Your personal information will only be used by our culture team, and will be reviewed or destroyed after 7 years. You have the right to ask for any of your details to be removed at any point in time from our records however please note that by removing your contact details, we will not be able to contact you in the future about .
