Are you interested in testing our services? Why not volunteer to join our resident mystery shopping team?

Mystery shopping is a well known tool used to improve services. We are currently recruiting for our own team of mystery shoppers. We are looking for people, who can assess our services fairly, and record their findings about our services. As a mystery shopper you will be visiting our offices and contacting us by email and telephone to test the service you receive and give us feedback on how we are doing. If you join this group, not only will you be helping us improve our services, you will be meeting new people, learning new skills, and gaining work experience which could lead to future employment.

You don’t need previous experience in mystery shopping as guidance and training will be provided; each successful shop will be rewarded with a gift voucher. To find out more complete this form or contact Gloria Brown on 0207 525 4838.
