Southwark Swim Championships Entry Form

If you would like to enter the Southwark Swim Championships please complete the following form by Friday 6th March 2015.

The Southwark Swim Championships will also incorporate trials for Southwark's London Youth Games swimming team.

Event information:

Date: Saturday 21st March 2015

Time: Warm up and registration at 4.15pm and start at 4.45pm

Venue: JAG's Sports Centre, Red Post Hill, London, SE24 9JN

Age groups: Mini's (school year 5 and 6), Juniors (school years 7 to 9), Seniors (school years 10 to 12)

Events: 50m freestyle, 50m backstroke, 50m breaststroke, 50m butterfly

If you are unable to attend the Championships but would like to be considered for a place in the Team Southwark swimming squad contact Laura Spooner (laura.spooner@southwark.gov.uk) with your preferred event and personal best time by Tuesday 24th March 2015.
