Housing - request a mutual exchange

Please complete this form if you wish to apply for a mutual exchange and you have an exchange partner.

Once you have submitted the form, we will be in touch with you, and will send you an application form for you to complete, sign and return to us.

Alternatively, you can print this form once you have completed it, sign the declaration and send it to us with proofs of identity and address in order to speed up your application.

Once we have received signed application forms from both you and the person with whom you wish to exchange, together with proofs of id, we will write to you within 42 days to let you know whether the mutual exchange can go ahead.

(Please note that we cannot accept applications from households in arrears of Southwark rent, service charge or major works charges.)
