Any premises within Southwark used for public auctions must be registered with Southwark Council unless the auction is a one-day charity event. In this case, proof of charity status will be required.

Actual fee is £788 which consists of application fee of £647 and compliance fee of £141.

Once you have submitted your application along with the licence fee, we will contact you to arrange an inspection of your premises.
