Registrars - Obtaining a copy of a Civil Partnership Certificate

Ordering your certificate with us is easy. Simply fill in this form and have your card details handy to pay online using our secure payment facility. We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard or Delta. Since February 16th 2019 all certificates cost £11.00. There is an additional charge for and overseas postage and you will need to allow extra time for delivery.

If you do not know the date when the civil partnership ceremony took place please contact the General Register Office for information on where to view the civil partnership indexes.
