Housing - Get a copy of your lease

Introduction

This form is for Southwark homeowners only (leaseholders and freeholders). If you are a Southwark tenant, please contact your Residents Services Officer for a copy of your tenancy agreement.

A black and white copy of your lease, which will be sent via email £53.50
A certified copy of your lease, which will be sent via post or email £89.00

Please note that we may not have an original copy of the lease. The application fee covers the cost of getting the file from our archives so it is non-refundable.

Southwark Council will use your personal data (name, address and/or email address) to respond to your enquiry. The council requires your permission to process your data. By submitting your enquiry, you authorise the council to use and store your personal data.

Your personal information will only be used to deal with your enquiry and will be reviewed or destroyed after two years. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any point in time however please note that if you remove the consent, we may not be able to progress your request.
