Homeowners - Problems paying a service charge invoice

Introduction

Use this form to tell us if you are having problems paying a service charge invoice.

Service charge estimates are usually payable:

  • Quarterly, as specified in your lease, with payments due on 1 April, 1 July, 1 October and 1 December; or

  • By equal monthly instalments.

Service charge actual costs invoices must be paid in full within one month of the invoice date. If you don't pay by then we may take recovery action, so it’s important that you get in touch with us as soon as possible if you are having trouble paying.
