Housing - Request a refund of water charges if you're a former tenant

Introduction

Former Southwark council tenants, their next of kin or representatives can use this form to request a refund of overpaid water charges. More information about water refunds (opens new window)

A refund can only be made for if you were a Southwark council tenant during the period 1 April 2001 to 28 July 2013.

You'll be asked to provide a proof of tenancy (rent reference number) and proof of identity.

Any debts on your rent, repairs or court costs accounts and debts from a previous tenancy will be deducted from the refund.
