Please note that you cannot request an inspection unless you have already submitted a building control application.

If we receive your request before 5pm we should be able to arrange for a visit for the next working day.

The following are the stages at which notification should be given to us:
- commencement
- foundations
- damp proof course and ground floor oversite
- structural work
- drains
- roof structure
- completion
