Sport and Leisure - London Youth Games 2018 (Team Southwark)

We are now inviting applications to register interest in the London Youth Games 2018.

Please complete this expression of interest form by 30 March 2018.

Southwark Council uses your personal information and your parent / guardian’s personal information so we can contact you about local trials and selection events linked to the London Youth Games for Southwark.

If you are under the age of 16, we need permission from your parent / guardian to use your personal information. If your parent / guardian does not give permission do not click continue, and you will not receive information about the London Youth Games.

If you are over the age of 16 we need your permission to use your personal information. If you are over the age of 16, we do not require your parent / guardian’s permission to process your data. If you do not give permission do not click continue, and you will not receive information about the London Youth Games.

Your personal information and parent / guardian’s personal information will only be used by our sports and physical activity team. Your personal details will not be kept longer than 2 years. If you are under the age of 16, your parent / guardian can ask for all personal information to be removed at any point. If you are over the age of 16, you can ask for your personal data to be removed and your parent / guardian can ask for their personal data to be removed at any point. If you ask for your details to be removed, you will not receive future information about the London Youth Games.
