Travellers’ Site Application Form

We will use the information you provide on this form to assess your needs and priority for a pitch, it is therefore important that you:
• Answer every question accurately
• Provide us with all the documentation requested
• Keep us updated with any changes to information provided on your application form

You will need to have the documents listed below available to include in the application before you start this form.

We will need proof of identity and address for everyone who will be living on the pitch. Adults must show one item from ’A’ and one from ‘B’ in the list below.
A) Passport or Birth Certificate
B) Phone Bill, Driving Licence, Bank Statement or any other document showing their full name and current address.

You will also need to provide:
• A Birth Certificate and proof of Child Benefit or Child Tax Credit for any children that will be living with you.
• Proof of any Medical Conditions.
• Proof of Pregnancy - a letter from a doctor, community nurse, hospital or health visitor.

We may check the information you give on this form with other departments of the council and other organisations for the purpose of preventing fraud.

We will aim to confirm receipt of your application in writing within 10 working days.
