Family learning enrolment form 2024 to 2025

Most family learning courses have nothing to pay. On receipt of your completed form, we will contact you to invite you to pay any material fees, if appropriate, by credit or debit card. Your place is not secured until any necessary payment has been received.

Please also ensure you know the course code, title and start date of the course you wish to enrol on.

To be eligible to enrol for a family learning course adults must be aged 19 or over on 31 August 2024. Learners aged under 19 will be signposted appropriately.

Eligibility
To complete your enrolment form you will need to provide one of the following documents:
• valid passport
• driver's license
If in exceptional circumstances where you do not have a passport or driver’s licence, you can provide a copy of a current Council Tax bill or two utility bills.
