Licensing - Southwark Statement of Licensing 2016-2020

Southwark Licensing Authority is consulting on a mid-term review of the Southwark Statement of Licensing 2016-2020.

This review is to:
a) Address a number of matters that have arisen during application processes and hearings that require clarification within the published policy and
b) Update minor points such as the latest alcohol crime analysis figures.

The consultation should be read in conjunction with the draft policy, a copy of the draft policy with the proposed changes is available here:

The review is not intended as a full term review that is scheduled to take place during 2019.

We seek your views on the following proposed changes to the Statement of Licensing Policy and will ask you to complete a question after each section indicating if you agree or disagree with that the change makes the Policy clearer. There is also a box to make comment if appropriate.
