Adult learning enrolment form 2023-24

Please also ensure you know the course code, title and start date of the course you wish to enrol onto.

For Basic skills and Childcare courses, you will need to attend a skills check before you enrol. Please see our courses pages for details.

Only learners aged 19 years or older on 31 August 2023 are eligible to attend. Learners aged under 19 will be signposted appropriately.

Eligibility
To complete your enrolment form you will need to provide one of the following documents:
• valid passport
• driver's license
If in exceptional circumstances where you do not have a passport or driver’s licence, you can provide a copy of a current Council Tax bill or two utility bills.

If you are eligible for a concessionary fee, you must provide receipt of the benefit being claimed.
If you are eligible for fee remission (due to low wages), you must provide three recent monthly wage slips.

Payment
All learners (except those in basic skills and family learning classes) pay an annual non-refundable registration fee of £5.

On receipt of your completed form we will contact you to invite you to pay your course fees, registration fee and materials fee, if applicable, by credit or debit card. Your place is not secured until any necessary payment has been received.
