EU Settlement Scheme

Please check that you are eligible for settled status in the UK and can apply through the European Settlement Scheme via UK Visa and Immigration:

Southwark Council can assist you with this scheme if you meet the criteria;

- You must be a resident EU citizen with a valid biometric passport

- You must be a family member of a Resident EU citizen and hold a valid biometric resident permit

- You must be able to receive either a text message or an email during the appointment in order to use our service
