Complete this form to apply for a Proof of Age (PAL) card and we will send you an application form in the post.
The PAL card can be used as ID (proof of age)in bars, clubs and cinemas etc. and when buying age restricted items.
The card is approved by the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) and is ID scan compatible. It should be accepted anywhere in the UK where age verification is required.
