Garages - Apply for the concessionary rate

Introduction

Use this form to apply for a discount of £5.00 off the standard rate if you're any of the following:

  • a secure Southwark Council direct tenant
  • a resident leaseholder who pays service charge directly to Southwark Council (excluding Council Tax)
  • a resident freeholder who pays service charge directly to Southwark Council (excluding Council Tax)
and
  • over 70 years of age and/or
  • registered disabled and have a blue badge and/or Personal Independence Payment/Disability Living Allowance with the mobility component

To complete this form you will need:
  • Your garage account number
  • a copy of your passport or birth certificate
  • proof that you're registered disabled and have a blue badge and/or Personal Independence Payment/Disability Living Allowance with the mobility component
