Homeowners - Request a service charge payment plan

Introduction

Estimated service charges are payable quarterly in advance. The four payment dates are 1 April, 1 July, 1 October and 1 January.

However, we do also offer payment by 12 equal monthly instalments which can be paid by standing order.

Actual service charges are payable within one month.

However, we do also offer payment on a monthly basis up until the end of the financial year for leaseholders. We offer payment by twelve equal monthly instalments for freeholders.
