Use this form to pay a Fixed Penalty Notice issued by our Noise & Nuisance Team for
• (CH1) - Breach of a “Community Protection Notice”
• (CH2) - Breach of an “Abatement Notice” issued under section 80 Environmental Protection Act 1990 to a residential premises.
• (CH3) - Breach of an “Abatement Notice” issued under section 80 Environmental Protection Act 1990 to an industrial, trade or business premises.
