Offer to sell your home to us (right of first refusal notice)

Complete this form to offer Southwark Council the right of first refusal to buy your home.

To complete it, you will need:

• your service charge or property reference number
• a debit or credit card to pay the £144.90 administration fee
• the name, address and contact details of all registered owners of the property
• to know if the heating is supplied by a combi-boiler or district heating

If you are selling within 5 years of owning the lease

You must repay your discount, based on the final sale price of the property.

You will need to provide a current valuation of the property or an estimate.
