Apply for an exemption from the right of first refusal

To complete this form, you will need evidence ready to upload that your Right to Buy or Social HomeBuy home will be transferred in one of the following ways:

• by will
• to one of the original owners (e.g. from A and B to just A)
• to a spouse or civil partner (or former spouse or civil partner) of the original owner
• to a family member who has lived in the property with the owner for the last 12 months
• by reason of a compulsory disposal

You will also need a debit or credit card to pay the £144.90 administration fee.
