If you are reporting a problem within a park or cemetery, please tell us exactly what the problem is and describe the location of the problem as clearly as possible.

For example, if the problem is overgrown flowerbeds in a park, please tell us the name of the park and describe where in the park the flowerbed is located (e.g. 'in memorial garden near bandstand' or 'on the right hand side of the path near the gate onto Southwark Park Road.'
