Libraries - room hire enquiry form

Introduction

Thank you for your enquiry regarding room hire at one of Southwark's libraries. This form should not take more than five minutes to complete.

How we use your data

Southwark Council will use your personal data (name, address, email address and telephone number) to enable you to apply to trade at Southwark events. We require this information to fulfil a contract with you, and we do not require your permission to process this data. If you do not provide this information, you may not be allowed to trade at our events.

Your personal information will only be used to administer your application, and will be reviewed or destroyed after 7 years.
