Free vital 5 health checks for your event

The Health Roadshow Van carries all the equipment to enable free Vital 5 health checks to be carried out on Southwark residents. Along with it comes a team of experienced healthcare staff who offer:

• Vital 5 checks, which include:
• blood pressure checks
• height and weight checks
• signposting to support smoking, alcohol and common mental health problems
• signposting to the cost of living advice and support
• information on local cancer screening services
• information on vaccinations

These events will be free, to help residents understand their health and the steps they can take to look after themselves, from vaccinations to self-care. The Van can be tailored to your specific needs, including signposting to vaccinations and financial support.
