Where to find your planning reference number

  • For CON29s, you can find it in Part 1: General Financial Charges and Part 2: Specific Financial charges schedule of a land search report (official certificate of search).
  • For S106 enquiries, you can find it in the Part 3: Planning Charges schedule of the land search report (official certificate of search).

    • The reference number is usually under the development description in this format: NN/AP/NNNN, for example 23/AP/0001.
    We do not accept S106 legal reference numbers or land search reference numbers.
