Flood reporting form

This form is for reporting all flooding incidents that have taken place or are currently taking place in Southwark.

Not all incidents of flooding are Southwark Council’s responsibility. The following organisations deal with different types of flooding:

Surface Water Flooding: Southwark Council
Groundwater Flooding: Southwark Council
River/ Tidal Flooding: Environment Agency
Sewer Flooding: Thames Water

We recommend that all flooding experienced in Southwark is reported via this reporting tool. This will help the Flood Risk Management Team in keeping accurate flood records.

We will provide advice if the flood should also be reported to another organisation.
