Notification of Elective Home Education


Information required by the Pupil Tracking & Licensing Team acting on behalf of Southwark Council in accordance with guidance from the Education (Pupil Registration) (England) Regulations 2006. This form should be completed if:

The school has received written notification from the parent that the pupil is being electively home educated.
