Please use this form to request a non-emergency, first-time repair. We are now able to offer appointments for all urgent and routine repairs.

If you wish to report an emergency repair (one that poses immediate risk to life or property), please call 020 7525 2600

Warning: if you can smell gas, please call the National Grid on 0800 111 999.

If you are emailing to ask a question or speak to us about a previously reported repair please email repairs@southwark.gov.uk.

We aim to respond within 2 working days.

You may be entitled to some repairs free of charge, but there are others you'll need to pay for. As a tenant/leaseholder, you can find out what repairs you are responsible for here.
